• Power analysis to determine present energy usage and calculations to establish expected energy consumption.
   

• Introduction of lighting controls i.e. Passive Infra-red Detectors, Programmable and Ambient Lux Sensors and Automatic Dimming.
   

• Provision of associated secondary sub-metering.
   

• Project management, system demonstration and full handover upon completion of works.
